Who we are
Frontier builds custom software and applied AI for companies. This policy explains what we do with the information you send through befrontier.com.br.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us and technical data to protect the site, understand its use, and measure its performance.
- Opportunity assessment form: your name, email, company (optional), and what you want to look at.
- Build-for-equity pitch form: your name, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn (optional), the venture and a link (optional), stage, timeline, the equity you have in mind, and your written answers.
- Technical data with each submission: the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link (UTM), your browser identifier, the country the request came from, and a hash of your IP address.
- Public-page usage and performance metrics collected by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. We do not send form contents to these tools, and we remove query parameters and fragments from reported URLs.
We do not store your raw IP address. The hash lets us rate-limit abuse without keeping the address itself.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare the conversation you asked for.
- To evaluate a pitch or an assessment request.
- To keep a record of what was discussed and agreed.
- To protect the forms from spam and automated abuse.
- To understand which pages are visited and improve site speed and experience.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Under Brazil's LGPD, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on the steps taken at your request before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. If you are in the EU or the UK, the equivalent GDPR bases apply.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run the site:
- Vercel — hosting, site delivery, usage analytics, and performance metrics.
- Neon — the Postgres database where submissions are stored.
- Resend — the service that emails your submission to us.
These providers process data on our instructions and may store it outside Brazil. Beyond them, we share your information only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while the conversation is active and for as long as we need the record. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, request portability, or withdraw consent at any time. We confirm your identity before acting and reply within the period the law allows.

Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in a managed database with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the forms. If we need them, we will agree on a safer route first.
Changes
The site is meant for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
