These terms
They cover your use of befrontier.com.br and the forms on it. Using the site means you accept them. Work we do for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, which prevails over anything written on this page.
What the site offers
The pages describe our services and publish our perspective. The opportunity assessment is free and creates no obligation for either side. Nothing here is a binding offer, and no project begins before scope, price, and terms are agreed in writing.
What you send us
- Send accurate information; we act on what you tell us.
- Do not send confidential material, personal data about third parties, or anything you are not allowed to share.
- You keep every right to your idea or venture. We acquire none by receiving it.
We review pitches without a duty of confidentiality unless we sign one, and we may already be working on, or later work on, something similar. We can decline any submission without giving a reason.
Our content
The text, design, illustrations, and whitepaper on this site belong to Frontier. You may read, quote with attribution, and share links. Republishing substantial parts, using the material to train models, or building a competing offering requires our written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or its forms.
- Do not submit automated or bulk entries, or work around the anti-abuse checks.
- Do not scrape the site for resale or bulk outreach.
We may block access that puts the site or other people at risk.
Availability and accuracy
We keep the site available and current as best we can, but it is provided as it is. The content, including the whitepaper, is general information, not legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Figures cited come from the sources named and are not a promise of results.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or from decisions taken on the basis of its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Changes and governing law
We can update these terms and the site itself. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Brazilian law governs these terms, and Brazilian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
